on 8th Dec 11 i was taking my journey from Delhi to kabul by RQ 116. flight was scheduled to leave at 1430 hrs but this flight was taken off at 1840hrs and Kam air agency has not communicated this fact untill 1430 hrs about delay and even no officer has been detailed to be at terminal departure point to interact people before 1430 hrs where as we were reached there at 1130 hrs.even this agency has not provided any refreshment at terminal while flight got delayed 4 hours. I lodged my complaint with GMR Delhi. when this kam air staff came to know about my complaint then kam air manager asked their staff not to board me on flight and asked them to label a case upon me for misbehaving with a lady staff of kam air before all passanger. they have insulted me before all passanger and compelled me to say sorry if i wish to take that flight.i request you that this kind of act be taken against this such responsible manager of this airline so he should not dare to repeat with some gentlemen.
