It is NCC Aster Park at Yelanhanka New Town, Bangalore-65. Builders used very bad quality of plumbing materials and it is leaking every where in many houses occupied so far. Design of the plumbing is also very bad. When sit on my commode it is leaking exactly from the top so thatI can not use it. We realise it now that the pipeline from the flat above for commode is runnig parallel to my seat. This I find it rediculous. They could have taken the pipeline sideways so that in any eventualities of leakage it will not affect us. But here because of the leakage it is not possible to operate one bathroom till it is corrected. There is a door from my kitchen to my service area which is like a balcony. I requested the builders to change the door to the service area into a sliding one for which I agreed to pay the cost difference. But it was flately refused siting it affects the elevation. Now I realise that from any place in the building my service area door is not visible at all. THIS IS ABSOLUTE NONCENCE. After paying a huge sum of our live earnings if we end up with a living place like this,it is not acceptable. I wish builders are more senstivie towards the buyers and behave accordingly. My complaint is that plumbing material and work is very much substandard. It is the observation and experience of other residents moved in here. The builders should take responsibility for this, correct these problems and compensate us for the physical,mental and psychological agony we experience.  Post a Similar Complaint!
