I recharged my airtel digital tv ID 3002413303 with 1100 rupees on 10th october 2011 to get the benefit of one month free viewing with six months recharge after getting a sms from them.Before recharge I consulted with the customer care executive about the offer and then recharged.After recharge the validity date should be 15th May including one month free pack.On 11th october again I called CCE and asked why the validity date shows 15th April?they answered the free days will be updated within 48 hours.But till now they have not updated and the validity will expire on 15th April.I have called several times but not getting any satisfying answer.Without this offer I never have recharged with this bulk amount.
This is the second time we faced the problem.Earlier when we bought with rupees 1790 4 months economy pack was free.but actually we got 3 months.We complained several times.each time they gave us a complain no. and told to call after 2 days.It went on about two months and then we left.If the same repeats again in future then we\\\'ll be compelled to switch on to other DTH provider in market.We suffered a lot mentally and wasted our valuable time and money unnecessarily for resolving the problem but every effort in vain.
