1) Data Processing – This process will need 10 agents to start and could go upto around 20 to 30 agents in six months time depending on our performance.They will be sending us details of purchases, sales, cash receipt, deposits, expenses etc on a daily basis for each individual end client ( each end client has a specific code ).

This needs to be entered into their software online ( Quickbooks – All software access logins will be provided by the client at their cost ).This is on online process which is to be done during India Business Hours with a six day week working.

The details will come to us as scanned images from the client to be input into the client software on a daily basis. Several reports will need to be generated on a daily basis as per each individual end client requirement and mailed to the client in excel format.

Training – Detailed training of at least 2 weeks will be provided by the client. Client trainer will be coming to India for training and will stay ( AT THEIR OWN EXPENSE – NO EXPENSE TO YOU) for 3-4 weeks for training and GO LIVE. Our processors have to have basic knowledge of computers and have to be graduates. Billing will start from the date of training. This will be onsite training for the first batch. We need to have our manager or team lead trained for future training. Regular online training will also be conducted for updates on methods and features of the software.

Payment – Client will pay USD 1600/- per agent per month on a fixed payment model. This is based on the fact that it is not possible to quantify the work done and hence they will pay for each agent. If we will hire a CA ( CFA in US terms ), they will pay USD 2000/- per month for that person / agent to oversee and guide the agents.


2) Content Reserach – The end clients have a requirement of researching data from a list of websites which will be supplied by them and various offers which are available on these websites need to entered into excel formats ( 20-25 fields to be filled in ) and mailed to the client on a daily basis. This process will need 5 agents only.

Training – Online Training of ONE week will be provided by the client. Our processors have to have basic knowledge of computers and EXCEL. Billing will start from the date of training.

Payment – Client will pay USD 1500/- per agent per month on a fixed payment model.

NO REWORK or NO QUALITY DEDUCTION.

The process for sign up with us and client are as under:

1. Business Consultancy Fee is payable as under:

i) Rs. 75,500 initial fee payable at the time of signing the agreement with me.

ii) Rs. 75,000 fee payable after receiving 2 payments from the client.

2. Agreement for commission to be signed with me on stamp paper for payment of monthly commission which will be 5 % of your monthly revenue.

3. Client will then email – courier contract copy for signature.

4. After signature, client will arrange to issue a Bank Guarantee for USD 56,000 which is equal to approximately one month of billing amount.

5. Total time taken after signing the agreement with me for the process to go LIVE will be 30 ( including 2 weeks of training) working days.

6. Terms and Conditions of SLA will be mutually agreed upon with the client.
