I have booked a flight ticket in Indigo airline from Kolkatta to Chennai for my sisters family. Flight no 6E 275 Date 18Dec11. They were having three luggage to be boarded. They could not able to find two luggage out of three after reaching Chennai. They have complained to Indigo official. They have took their own time & replied that the two luggage have not been boarded from Kolkatta itself. My sister is having a child & infant whose clothes are in the missed luggage. They were simply telling that the luggages will be sent in the evening flight around 9.00pm where as my sister is having train at 4.00pm to native. Indigo officials was not worried about anything & responding with out responsibility as if we have done the mistake. After lodging the compliant they told that they will board the luggage in the next flight & confirm. Even after that also no one has called & not kept their commitment. We have called thrice for follow up. That time also they are not replying very badly. I wonder that how a airline is working irresponsibility with out taking care of customers. I have suffered a lot by booking Indigo. If you ask me to rank Indigo, I will give Bad, Poor...
