This is Sri. Firstly wishing you all a Good coming year.
Let me please explain you guys the Scenario : I got an offer from SATYAM during the mid of 2008 and because of SATYAM scam , I along with many no. of employees were out in a Pool during June 2009 until Nov ending of 2009 and later thrown out of company.
During the period of POOL from June 2009 to November 2009, I got paid only with the Net Salary. which is very less. Now the point is during the time of joining my Recruiting Manger asked me to visit Humayun Nagar SBI Branch to sing the bond papers along with the guarantor. I went and paid 2500 and signed the bond for 24 months which is clearly stated in SBI BOND. That means they dint give me any money but they guaranteed money and treated it as Personal Loan.
So when SATYAM Scam happened and when I was in the Pool with just Net salary, SBI dint deduct money from my account. Which RS 2500 per month is as mentioned, when we asked the HR team they said your Bond money will not be deducted hereafter. The same way it happened without any deductions until we are in pool with SATYAM.. For 6 months which is actually Notice period.
The way SBI Deducted money from my account was AUTO Deduction. Same way (they have my cancelled check of salary account and during the time of times were good, they deducted). Later on they only stopped taking money from me, I don’t know what’s the deal between SBI and Satyam might they could have planned for my Blood. Now I got a notice saying that I have to pay RS 38000 to clear of the loan account. When inquired about this how come I need to pay the money, they told that irregular payments (which is completely FALSE STATEMENT). That means as if I paid the money by going to bank. It was not that scenario. They deducted because I was enrolled to Auto payment.
This kind of scenario I need justice because it is not about money, the theft of money form a common man by BANKS like SBI. Until now I have only one trusted bank that is SBI. Because the terms were always good with them.
My question to them is why they dint deduct money when I was paid half salary when I was in POOL for 6 months.
Now I dint break the bond with SATYAM . It’s a big SCAM as everyone knows and that time also I waited upon because of the bond. But still now why should be Suffered !!!! by paying RS 38000 to SBI .
What kind of justice is this? I don’t know where to go.


Things I am looking for help is:
My RS 1500 which SBI did a theft from my SBI savings account
My RS 40000. Which is not even mine that I am unnecessarily paying for thieves as an appreciation of their theft. Getting from someone.
And also the point behind all this is because of the deductions they made for 6 or 7 months which is , they deducted 2500 every month means , I should get back 1250 every month.
So it would be 7*, no let’s treat 6*1250 , atleast RS 7500. Undercover theft. Appreciate this one because when this big issue is going on , who will remember this under cover theft.
Why they dint deduct the money from me for the last 6 months when I was with SATYAM, instead of having by cancelled cheque with them, which they used for auto deductions earlier.And now when My father followed up with the issue, they said “Irregulars payments” .
IS SBI involved in any activities or sucking the blood of people like me? This is mere injustice to my livelihood. The most trusted bank
I had some RS 1500 in SBI account and they even took that amount without informing me.
Now they are planning to send a notice to my guarantor to ask the sum of RS 40000.
I am not a BANK to steal people’s money or do a SCAM like IT Company. I am paying the money by lending it from someone. Just because my guarantor should not be in trouble.
Just think where we are all going. I have one last option for justice is I can put an urge to RBI and SATYAM Higher managers. That all I can do as a poor common DUDE
Just to let you guys very clear of this incident is : I instead should get some money from the 2500 that they deducted from me for some period. Every month I should pay only 1250. But they told that they will give me some maturity or something like that I don’t exactly remember 1250*24 if the bond is there. If they deduct for 2500 *6 months at least shouldn’t I get 1250*6.
I have many lessons learned here. But SBI is also BIG fraud. Please don’t sign any bonds associated with SBI.
