I had filed a complaint on Nov 22nd citing how Air India staff lacked cooperation and misled me that resulted missing my onwards flight to Ottawa becuase of the delay in arrival of flight 051 at Mumbai. Lufthansa refused to honor the ticket saying that they had no intimation from Air India about the late arrival. I was forced to buy a fresh ticket and stay out of the terminal building for over 24 hours in struggling with Air India and Lufthansa. I got refund of the unused ticket from Lufthansa in two weeks but until now Air India did not acknowledge my complaint. I filed a fresh complaint on Dec 25th under ref WB-DBOM251211002 and its status appears \'under process\' since then but no further communication. Air India staff at Mumbai assured me that complaints are usually sorted out within a week which again seems a false statement.
