Many times i tried to update my mobile number in ICICI internet banking, but my mobile number was not updated. After that i called customer care they said to go to any of the ICICI Bank branch and show the original ID Card they will update it immediately. On Jan 2 2011, i went to ICICI bank Madurai Branch Thirupparankundram, first they asked me to bring the Original ID Card and its Xerox. So i took xerox and gave them with the original PAN Card issued by Govt of India. After that they said that it will not be accepted and asked to give another original ID card, i gave them the Karnataka driving license, on seeing that he is asking me to give another original ID card. Then i explained them that karnataka driving license is issued by Govt only and it can be used as id card also but he didn\\\'t convince with that After some time, he discussed with some one and accepted my ID proof and he again asked me to bring this xerox again. I asked the manager why they are not accepting the PAN Card as an ID proof, for that the manager of ICICI bank Madurai Branch Thirupparankundram replied me very rudely and harshly.
