I was a subscriber of Sun Direct dish connection with Smart Card No. 40248828028. The company was to realign the dish due to change of direction free of cost and my requests to the Customer Service Centre; Nodal officer and direct to Sun Direct Corporate Office from October 2010 to March 2011 remained unattended. Hence there was no connectivity. I made a request for refund of subscriptions paid in advance on 15-09-2010 (Rs. 500) and on 1-11-2010 (Rs.500). But till date (i.e., 23-11-2011) there is no response from the company.
