I had booked an Hyndai I10 at hyundai Motor plaza(direct outlet for the Hyundai Motor company) a week back on 27th December 2011. Today (4th January 2012) when I went to pick up the car for delivery and during the check up found that the car had already meet with the an accident and they have repainted the Bumper, had also carried out other repairs. I have declined to take delivery. However the folks at Hyundai Motor Plaza including the Sales Head tried to cheat and pass it off as a non-issue and post some 3 hours they have agreed that repair job has been done to the car. I have not signed the delivery note had not taken the delivery. Would like to take this up with the Hyundai Motor company.
