I HAD BOOKED ONLINE MOBILE PHONE \\\" DELL VENUE PRO\\\" THROUGH INDIATIMES SHOPPING ON 06.12.2011. I HAD MADE THE PAYMENT SAME DAY BY MY CREDIT CARD. I WAS ASSURED DELIVERY BY 12.12.2011 BUT IT WAS NOT DONE. WHEN I CALLED ON THEIR HELPLINE NO. I WAS BEING ASKED TO MAIL PAYMENT DETAILS WHICH I DID BUT STILL THEY ASKED ME FOR MORE TIME WHICH ALSO I GAVE. AFTER EXPIRY OF THAT TIME I AGAIN CALLED AND WAS AGAIN ASKED FOR TIME, I THEREAFTER CANCELLED IT AS CONTINUOUOSLY DIFFERENT RESPONSES AND NON-FULFILLMENT OF COMMITMENT WERE EXPERIENCED.EACH CALL I RECIEVED ASSURANCE AND ASKED FOR TIME.TILL DATE I HAVENT RECIEVED THE REFUND AND HAVE SPENT MONEY ON CALLING AND INCREASING MY CREDIT CARD DUES.THE MOST DEVASTATING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MOST INEFFICIENT WAY TO HANDLE CUSTOMER COMPLAINT.
