I placed the online order (Order No. 1986185)for 1 no. of Seagate External Hard Disk (500 GB)from 100bestbuy.com on 29.12.2011. The quoted price was Rs. 2927.00 which I paid thru my SBI Debit Card by CCAVENUES payment gateway. The amount was promptly debited from my savings account(Bank Transaction Ref No. POS 830117). The product has not been delivered so far. I contacted the Customer Care of 100bestbuy.com and was told that though the price quoted on the website was Rs. 2927.00, the actual price of the item is Rs. 4000+ and I have to pay the balance amount to get the product. This I refused to do and asked for a refund. Meanwhile the website posted one ref. no (1538210) against my order no. in their \\\"Track your order\\\" link mentioning that the shipment ia being done via Bluedart Courier. But Bluedart website is giving no information against this reference no. saying the number is wrong. I have telephoned the website atleast 20 times. But their response is very negative (read Rude and rough) and they have adopted a delaying tactics. I have sent one e-mail to this website also regarding this.Pl. help me to get this case solved.
