I missed payment of my bill, late payment charges were applied. I requested reversal of charges, customer care just took down the request and did not do anything. I was not called nor contacted, but every month the bank kept on adding charges. Today they want me to pay 2800 for the 700 swipe that I had done. The reversal team wants me to talk to collection team and collection team directs me to reversal team. The customer care puts call on hold for long duration (20 mins) minimum.
