Its really bad that YOU have allowed yourself to be cheated by Cyber Criminal gang. You have lost Large amount. There is no such lottery nor any such prize. You are duped and cheated. You are talking to Cyber criminal Gang and their paid agents who pose as, International Courier, Diplomats, RBI officers etc.
RBI has published warning about Lottery Fraud on RBI website (www.rbi.org.in). All RBI email ids will end with @rbi.org.in . NO ONE is expected to make money transfer to personal accounts of unknown people! How can you pay so called “charges” to a personal account if its to be paid to RBI? If RBI has asked to pay then cheque should be on RBI. (RBI or any company or bank will never ask to pay since this is just a Fraud and not official).
Without losing time, rush to police station. Ask to put you in touch with Cyber Crime Cell and file Cyber Crime Complaint so that the crooks can be tracked and money recovered. Then at least you can recover some money with police help.

Also its dangerous to send any personal info like Passport Copy, Bank details, Photos etc. The Photo will be used to create fake documents forging your signature and they will use to open Bank accounts in your name where stolen money will be kept. You will know of this only when police lands up at your house to put you behind bars. Many people are being arrested for Cyber crime because the accounts were in their names! Please be careful!




ALL lottery SMS and email messages are fraud sent by Cyber criminals. There is no Such Lottery nor any Prize or Grant or FUND. Same message is sent to thousands of people by Fraudsters. Some fools will reply and Cyber Criminals will trap them and extract money from victims saying for giving prize money first some charges are to be paid. Many people have lost large amount of moeny. Local Agents who give bank accounts to Cyber Thieves are paid 10% of stolen money.. So simply delete all such fraud lottery and prize SMS / Emails
