I have paid rs 7000 for the tour package online .Recvd there email that If I dont agree to T&C , I will get refund. When asking for refund saying they cannot refund.Even there representative has given verbal confirmation for refund(rep name : Preeti). The reason for asking for refund is, I was promised a 4* hotel stay, but after checking the catrgory of hotels they are not even 3*. I have there email wherethey have mentioned that If dont agree to there terms will get a refund but now they are back tracking please Help!!

Group booking is not allowed i.e. No more than one package can be utilized at same destination and date and you cannot split the package.
Package is valid for 4 adults only sharing a 1 Bedroom Apartment or equivalent. We do not take any guarantee of privacy for two couples.
This is an accommodation only package. Meals, transport and personal expenses are not included in this holiday package.
Package is valid for 12 months only from the date of purchase.
No booking will be confirmed during the black out period which is from 20th December to 7th January. And all bookings are subjected to availability.

During this period if you disagree with any of the Terms & Conditions, you can get your amount refunded by sending an e-mail to holidaysupport@bagittoday.com within 7 days of receiving this mail.
