This report applies to Naaptol online shopping, recently i have purchased a Black Berry phone from Naaptol online shopping, delivery date 10 Jan 2012, the phone just worked for 3 days on on 14th Jan 2012 the phone goes blank, i try recharging the battery, but the phone wouldn\'t switch on, so i try again to recharge the battery, still the same problem, so i call customer care of Naaptol, and after attempting nearly 20 times my call is answered, i informed the CSR about my phone problem and i get a response stating, Your complaint has been recorded our representative will call you and replace you with a new battery, But neither did i receive any calls nor did anybody from Naaptol got back to me,since then i have been trying to get in touch with Naaptol, but no response, i feel i am been cheated by selling me a defective and faulty product by Naaptol, The website of Naaptol clearly and specified that we can ask for refund, but after once the product is delivered they don\'t refund the money, also they dont have a email address where we can put in our request, also the phone number 9223516148 is not answered, all you can hear is an auto answering machine, this company is cheating with the customers and its a clean fraud, kindly take action on such Fraud company.
