I was told by one of my friend about portal by a friend of mine and gone through the grievances of many complainants. It is very unfortunate that I knew about the site just a few days back. If I had known I would have educated innocent buyers who were cheated by Venkat Reddy, Ravi and Praveen. Let me tell my story, I am a professor in an engineering college, after seeing an advertisement by Vasavi rich builders , met them in March 2011 to purchase a flat by name Vantage rich in Electronic city 8th main, adjacent to my house. Started construction the site in the year 2010 feb.The building was half done and due to cash crunch the project was on hold.I had a discussion with Ravi, initially he was very good and gave me bunch of promises and i paid advance of 1 lakh and subsequently Rs 25 lakhs.The project got delayed and the construction quality was very bad with inferior materials’ took up the matter with Ravi and asked him the explanation, he became furious and abused me and challenged me to get lost. He threatened me saying that he is a relative of Devegowda and will eliminate me saying that you are from tamilnadu and your body will be dispatched there. When i told him about legal, he told me that nobody can touch him and i know the weakness of legal which will take 3 to 4 years and i will fight with the interest of the money. He even hired stalkers to call and threaten me, i complained to the local police who took appropriate steps. I was very much worried as i had already 26 lakhs was already paid to him, but not worried about my life’s decided to fight and tried to organize the other owners to fight legal, who has not agreed as they had already registered the property. Now they are facing the music as there is no water, leakages in the Sanitary pipes, seepage, no proper sanitation, no society, no security etc.I engaged a advocate to fight the case in district consumer court who backed out because of the pressure of Venkat reddy.So i engaged a very brilliant advocate, Mr. Bhagwat, malleswaram 4th Main, 11th cross, who fought and ensured victory for justice .The three partners Venkat Reddy, Ravi and Praveen appealed in the state and national consumer forum and won the case. I could get back my entire payment of 26 lakhs along with the legal charges, admin fees as well as the compensation for mental harassment amounting to 10 lakhs .I suggest the aggrieved parties to go legal and not to be bogged down to the threats of by Venkat Reddy.Later i came to know that there other projects; the customers are suffering a lot in Vasavi rainbow and Vasavi Vantage. He lures customers by offering AC’s, TV Set, teakwood furnishings etc, worth 2 lakhs, but the items are not worth Rs 40000 .If you complain he will never entertain, hurl abuses and acts funny. He gets jungle wood cots, dining tables and wardrobes from shivajinagar, basic electronics goods and If anyone want to buy his flats, pls check with the inmates of his flats as given in the completed projects in his website. You can cheat innocent people once, twice, not always.
i was told by one of the inmates that during heavy rain, most of the building, basement and stilt will be submerged in water. All his so called completed flats do not have proper drinking water supply, proper sanitation and other basic amenities. Thank god, i got my money back, whenever i walk in front of Vasavi rich i see it like ghost building, no painting, no proper drainage, no proper stairway and frontage, no security, no proper parking facility etc.Recently i enquired a inmate, he says there is no proper water supply and heavy seepages.The building doesn’t look like the prototype shown by vasavi rich as completed project. Thankful to the Honorable Judges who has upheld the dignity of court and delivered justice. I have gone through so many good reviews about Vasavi vantage and vasavi rainbow builders in many portals which is an insider job in the intention to cheat.
