S.V. Exports replied to My purchase inquiry via tradeindia.com back in august of 2011. At that time I decided not to purchase human hair just yet. The company then emailed Me again in Decemeber 2011 and insisted that they had superior quality product, etc. I inquired about the pricing of \"12 inches of wefted curly black hair\" and they ensured Me that they can provide this product, one kilogram for the one time price of 300.00 US dollars in order to gain a long term customer. I paid the price via western union after recieving photos of what the hair looked like and under the impression that the hair was the same hair as on the website.

The order arrived via DHL and immediately upon opening the box I was disatisified and upset. Instead of seeing 10 packs of 12 inch curly wefted hair I was staring at 9 packs of 6 inches of wefted brown wave type hair. There is no way I could use this hair nor sell it. It was too short and the wrong texture. I immediately sent the company a email voicing My disatifaction and requesting that they take their product back and return to Me a full refund. Emails went unanswered and when I called the company no one could understand what I was trying to say and I kept getting hung up on. After letting the company know that I was going to file complaints with the necessary agencies they then get back to Me and tell me that they took 12 inches of bulk hair and sewed it into a weft. Claiming to have sent curly 10 inch hair and to returne their product to them.

I then explained to them once again exactly what it was that I received and that was 6 inches of brown wave type hair. I then proceeded to explain to them how to properly make a 12 inch weft. Which is you take 24 inches of bulk black curly hair (not brown wave hair) and you sew it into a weft and the finished product will be a 12 inch weft. ANY REPUTABLE hair company will tell you this is how a 12 inch weft is made.


I have promptly returned to them the exact product they have sent out to Me at the cost to Me of 130.19 US Dollars. Sent via DHL. Now this horrible company is refusing to take their product back and it is now sitting in DHL customs in India.

The company has emailed Me numerous threats in regard to them sending the correct product and Me doing some kind of bait and switch tactic and refusing to refund My money. I do not have time to pull any bait and switch over human hair at the cost to Me of 430.19 US dollars. Who has time for this kind of thing? I only wanted to purchase 12 inches of curly black indian hair and received the exact opposite.

Now I am having problems with this company in getting My money back. I have no product and no money. They are terrible business people and refuse to accep the fact that their company and employees made a mistake with the order.

I have all email correspondence with this company dating back to august 2011. As well as photos of the product, western union receipts, DHL waybills.

Do not do business with this company. If they did this to Me they have done it to other and I will not be the last. I can only conclude that this company is bad to do business with and the photos on their website are fake.

Why would I honestly want anything less than 12 inches of hair. I have emails pertaining to exactly what I was under the impression I was paying for. The insist that they sent 10 inches of hair. If that was true it STILL IS NOT WHAT I PAID FOR!

BOYCOTT S.V. EXPORTS for its clear they only want your money and send you whatever they think you should have for it.

Bad business practice and hopefully they wont be in business for long. If I can help it they wont be. Next I will be looking into having their export license pulled if I do not recieve a full refund.

Another thing: On the DHL Invoice they put that the price paid for the merchandise was 100.00 US Dollars when in fact 300.00 US Dollars was paid. I had to make a note of that and correct the purchase price upon returning it.

Shady people and terrible business. Trade India needs to kick these kind of people off their site. I am not in the habit of supporting someones lifestyle for the hell of it.

RETURN MY MONEY S.V. EXPORT RIP OFFS!!

Do not use Trade India merchants because they are very comfortable ripping you off and Trade India has nothing in place to prevent it.
