My Innova car (AR-01D-2998) was put in for servicing on 16th January,2012 and delivered on 18th.Despite keeping my car at the service center for three days, the job works were incomplete. On 18th the workshop people were in haste,and delivered my car at 4 PM only after my repeated request . In this haste they handed over my car with incomplete service but complete charge(price). During the servicing condenser and radiator were changed. After reaching home, I only came to know that my AC was not working. When contacted I was told by the M/s Garya Toyota, Guwahaty staff that AC gas was not refilled after changing condenser and radiator which is in fact technically mandatory to refill gas and compression oil. They even did not give back my warranty book which is still missing.Even refitting of nuts and bolts at some places was done loosely.Then on 23/01/2012 I reached the Gargya Toyota, Guwahaty after covering a distance of 900KM (two days journey) and put in my car for refilling of AC gas at 12.30 PM. Now, despite my repeated request no one attended my car. Finally at about 4PM I was told that they have no AC gas cylinder at the moment.Since I had some unavoidable urgent work , I had to return without getting my work done. When they did not have the AC gas, why I was kept there for such a long time. I made it clear that I have to go back after the job. Feeling insulted and harassed I met the Workshop Service Manager one Mr. Biswas but of no any fruitful result. Now, who is responsible for loss of my money and time in this ugly episode? Why a dealer of a globally reputed car company should be so irresponsible and negligent towards its customer? I believe this kind of joke should not be netted out to anyone? Why I was not allowed to leave at the moment I reported to the workshop if there was no AC gas and why I was made to remain there up to 4 PM without reason ?  Post a Similar Complaint!
