Dear Sir/Madam, I Sunil Sawant My mobile No is 9833225669, I have received my bill for the month of November & December Bill I was surprised to see there is some download charges or Rs. 5/- per day Doing Noting(Bill Page no 6) & I have repeatedly called your call centre and ask to deactivat this service, till to day it has not been done, I have called again call centre He told us to sent email on \"vodafonecare.mum@vodafone.com\" Kindly requisting you to waiv by charges and send me revised bill.Thanks
