had few documents coming from Cradle Gurgaon related to miscarraige of my wife . According to Cradle these were despatched from Gurgaon branch through a really pathetic courier named \"First Flight\" which have never reached till date despite several requests and talks with Sector 56 branch people from First Flight. Am suffering from last 7-8 days whre different excuses like can\'t locate home,cant locate customer etc are being made. My family (wife and mother) both are at home since last 10 days completely on bed and haven\'t moved out of home but still some idiots from First flight can\'t locate them. These reports were required very urgently as I had to submit my medical claims for the expenses at Cradle by today evening .I had also reiterated to First Flight team (56 branch) many atimes that how important these do0cuments are to me and my family as we have to go out on the wekend and won\'t be available for net 4-5 days. I also don\'t understand how Cradle is deputing /handing over such important documents to such a pathetic company who can\'t setvice their customers.\\On raising my issue with First Flight 56 sec branch ,people are disconnecting my phone and even rammed phone down while I was requesting them to deliver tyhedocs to me urgently at home.Despite several requests ,I have decided to take First Flight and Cradle to Consumer Court for gross deficiency in customer service and would like the consumer forum and consumer court to take strictest possible action against such errants and avoid harrasement.Am marking copyu of this mail to consumer forum team as well and will post the same on various sites on internet to avoid usage of First Flight and refrain from trusting Cradle which relies on this third class service provider as it is their onus to deliver the reports to customers on time.
This is the first mail in this regard and if I don\'t hear from First Flight and Cradle ,I will definitely write further mails and take this matter to internet and as well as consuemr forum to save many more people from such gross idiotic services.
I would also urge Cradle management to terminate the courier contracts,if any with this courier company with immediate effect and seek an apology for their part in this act of their vendor.
First flight must also take a strict action against the errant branch members and the delivery guys who refuse to take calls and misguide the customers despite first assuring that theeir person is on the way to deliver the courrier.I would like to see the revert on my mail asap and also to see the reportsdelivered to my home immediately.
Please also advise if any more legal action (like Police FIR) can be filed against sector-56,Gurgaon branch manager of first flight and Cradle management for this harrasment.
