I have maid a purchase on 21-12-2011 of Sony Home Theater HT-DDW5500 (order # 10152093) by making full online payment using my debit card, they did not send the product and when i called them they said the product which i ordered for is out of stock. then i requested them for a refund, they said you have to send a mail to customerfirst@timtara.com requesting for cancellation and refund. even after one week i did not get the refund, then i again called them and a got a new reply saying that we are shipping the product very soon. i said i have already sent a request for cancellation and also for refund a week ago and what are you saying about the shipping, i called to know about the status of my refund. I have not received my refund even till today and i also say this kind of companies should not be aloud to continue the business online and their accounts should be frozen...
