To Whomsoever it may concern,
First Of all , let me just say dis that it was my biggest mistake to take an expensive phone and that too of ur make(i.e-Sony Ericsson)that worst company ever i have come across.
I have your Experia X10i which i had bought for a handsome amount of 27000 INR(Biggest mistake)d quality of the phone is pathetic within the first 2 months itself the colour on the buttons started to fade off despite no rough handling at all. This is just the beginning, within the first year itself my phone had a visit to your good for nothing service centres(Mobile technology-Juhu-Vile Parle scheme) I was told that my charger was not working and i will have to purchase one from them, which i objected since it was under warranty and after much fighting they agreed that they will provide me one.I was told they will call me back when the charger comes to them. I waited for 2 weeks and instead of they calling me i called them several times for the charger n everytime i called them no person at the centre had any idea about my phone and they were rude and behaved like total jerks as if i had called them to ask some money or loan from them, that is surely not the way to talk to a customer. After much waiting for another week or 10 days i got my charger(So intotal a month just to get a charger replaced which was ur fault bcoz ur chargers n phones don’t even last for a year... Gosh..!!!! i went through sooo much and without the charger it is needless to say that i was without a phone for a month...!!!! especially when i invested 27000 INR in that this is what i get...??? I hope the person to whom this is reaching is a human atleast and has some conscience and atleast at his designation understands my problem.
Coming to the second episode now its been 14 months now again the same problem, and this time the problem is worst the phone doesn’t charged at sometimes and sometimes instead of charging it discharges the remaining battry in the phone. As much as i hate it i had to go to the same centre again(Mobile technology-Juhu-Vile Parle scheme) same its close to my house. And After 3 days of keeping my phone at the service centre and remaining without a phone for 3 days and paying a charge of 150 Rs. I am told today that there is a problem with my phone motherboard and they said it cannot be repaired at all now(QUITE AMAZING u pay bloody 150 Rs to hear that). Even a bloody old school Pentium Desktop can get repaired and a 27000 Rs phone cannot be repaired. SO WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW THROW THIS STUPID PEICE OF SHIT ( WHICH YOU GUYS CALL A SMART PHONE) IN THE GUTTER. Its useless now, one of your most expensive phones could not even last for a year...!!!! I am so pissed at all this i will never in my life let any friend, family or any one i know buy any sony-ericsson phone ever, As a matter of fact i wont even buy any Sony electronics ever.I wish you could spend half the money you spend on advertisement and promotions on your products then people like me wont be cheated.
I am definitely not letting this end here, i will post this message all over the internet so that atleast people will know what are they getting into when buying your phone.
