I took a vehicle loan from Shriram commercial vehicle finance, Padi Branch, Chennai, Since 2009, for a value of 3,50,000/-(principle)+ interest. My monthly EMI is 14,883/-. On 28th of Jan 2012 I went to that respective branch for pre-closure of Vehicle Loan. (Agreement No.CENIO906290018, Hirer Name- Thirumoorthy, Vehicle no. TN01AE 1049)

But afraid to see my statement claiming insurance value and interest (ODC) for that unpaid insurance value which was charged without any prior notice. They claim insurance for my car without my permission, for which I have already taken insurance from other insurance company for the same vehicle. They have not even taken any courtesy in sending any statement/ policy detail about that insurance.

When had I requested for complete track details or full account details from Mr. Elavarasan.C( Branch Manager-Padi Branch) but he was reluctant in furnishing me that details. I requested him several times to provide me the track detail but he is postponing from furnishing for mere reason. His reason is that, since because he is only 15 days tenure in that branch so he can’t able to provide me the detail.

I have last four defaults in payment, for which I was charged with 18,500/- as ODC. I am even ready to pay for that default with pre-closure settlement. But the manager acts in prejudice manner, told me to pay Rs.10,000/- as penalty for the EMI of Rs.14,883/- in respect to coming February month payment. Sir please tell me, is that fair to pay 10,000/- only for 2 days. Even this two days was prolonged by the manager- Mr.Elavarasan from provide me a correct statement.
There is no clarity in his statement provided, I advise him to provide me the break up of ODC value of Rs.18,500/- with no. of days and interest calculation. But the Branch manager neither hear my request nor provide the break up.Behavior of the manager(Elavarasan.C) is horrible, not at all co operative . I think there is fraudulent activities are going with my account with you because I am paying from last many years and still the pending amount is so much and they are not giving me the full account details also I have requested many times but they are not at all bothered about it, so now I have only one option left with me is to stop payment or to take legal action against your company.
To resolve the problem, I would appreciate it if you could provide me the full account details and the pending amount so we can resolve this problem without any difficulties.
