I Have bought university Laptop bagpack of your brand \"samsonite\" in Nov 2009. The Warranty was covered for 3 years as per the warranty card. The same was brought from your dealer at maldahiya, varanasi in the name \"Uday Chand Shri Chand\". Earlier also I have bought lots of bags of brand \"samsonite\" from this store. At the time of sales the dealer assured that it is the best brand I am buying and also the best service team for support. It was the first time i visited the dealer for complain in the backpack (on 1st feb 2012). The dealer knowing that i have visited him for complain & not for purchase his attitude totally changed. First he refused that the warranty is not for 3 years and is only for 2 years. When I insisted him to check with the warranty card of same model available at his counter, he tried to avoid me. But when he found that i will not leave, he checked the same and found that warranty is for 3 years. After that he told me that only some stitches are broken thats why the bag is not covered under warranty because there is no manufacturing defect. Also provided me the favour to stitch the bag for me at his own cost, If I leave the bag to him for 5-7 days. It was really very embarassing for me that for a brand like \"samsonite\" I need to take favour from dealer. I was unanswered why I have invested so much amount in your brand just to be abused by your dealers.
Even after that I didn\'t losed hope and visited to your store at IP3 Mall, Sigra, Varanasi. They also told very rudely that they will not entertain the complain and I have to visit at the shop of purchase only for complains.
