I am a regular user of a booster pack (225 rs) It includes 9000 free national sms for 90 days (Its true refer: http://www.airtel.in/wps/wcm/connect/airtel.in/airtel.in/home/foryou/mobile/prepaid+services/tariffs/) But today after few sms amount was deducted from my balance by 75paisa n 150paisa...

Hi, you have activated sms package with out me opting for it and deducted Rs 62 from my a/c. Earlier also , you are harassed me with airtel talkies etc. But his time i have deactivated it immediately, but the amount deducted it is not restored.
Do the needful at the earliest.
I may be compeled to change the service provider and/or take some legal remedies if these kinds of techniques continue hereafter.

sir i m highly discouraged with airtel customer services as my sms outgoing is barred for the last 2 weeks and no solution has been tried even on customer care part.kindly see if you people can satisfy me in any manner.

If recharge the mobile balance, immediately debit the amount without any request from me. we are considering this is a kind of cheating to increase company income, We are really mentally suffering by this wrong way of airtel.

Hi Rakesh Ranga,
Brother you got a nice job and getting pay for just copy pasting same content for all the complaints. By the way i have registered for complaint longback but customer service person called and gave his own story about plan and when i argued he asked me to send plan screenshot. I have already sent him plan screenshot from airtel site but no response for that mail and also no response from nodal officer.

I know you ppl wont solve this issue. Atleast send me airtel job offer mail so that i can join your company and get pay for just copy paste.
