The mail is from Cyber criminals who send such mails to lakhs of people hoping to cheat a few. The names i of executives etc is used to fool people. When you reply, mail goes to the criminals and not to Company. Similar Scam Mail was being sent earlier in the name of Wipro, Sansui, Godrej, Sony and IFB. Unlike you, many innocent people simply send money though the money is to be paid in the name of some individual and not in company name. If they, first search in Google about the background of the offer they would see the complaints posted and it helps them from getting trapped. Its really foolish for people to pay money in an individual’s name when job offer is said to be from a company!

I have received two emails from Videocon by Deepak Sharma and Maruti Suzuki by Aiko Hiroko (9711436590). Both emails have the similar text. Which includes: "we are opening a a new plant and vacancies are available in various places. Your resume was taken from MONSTER.COM, where 62 resumes were selected and 55 will be placed. To confirm your attendance in the interview deposit Rs 12000 in the SBI or ICICI Bank account and we will refund the money after the interview if you are selected or not."

I knew the very minute this is a fraud email, but seriously there should be many individuals who deposit the money. Can there be nothing which can be done to report this spam and also stop all this?

It is extremely horrendous for people to loose their money in times when they are still looking for a job.
