I was travelling from NewYork-->Amsterdam-->New Delhi and my flight KL871 landed at IGI on 5th Dec. 2010.I didnot receive my two checking bags upon my arrival so i registered a complaint at the KLM Baggage counter.I received my bags after 40 hours which were delivered at my residence by Sherman Baggage and Parcel Services. Since i was not at home when baggage were dropped off at my place the acknowledgement of receival were done by my parents.
