I want to book this complain against Indigo Airline and Clear trip, I have booked a one way ticket from BLR to BBI, bearing flight no: 6E-256As per the ticket the departure time was 6:50am in the morning on 20th December 2010.I reached at the counter for check in at 6:27am but they didn\'t allowed me to check in or even cancel and refund my money.after my discussion with the Indigo airline authority they have asked me to contact the agent Clear to me to contact the airline again, so I was calling both indigo and clear trip customer care. but ultimately i have missed my flight cause of this back and forth calls and followup with these guys, to my surprise they even told not to refund any money. and ticket price was 5491.00INR which is not a small amount and after several discussions finally they told me that they will only refund 480Rs to cleartrip.com who was the ticket booking agent.and cleartrip guys are telling they will deduct 300 for every cancellation made by the customer, which means i\'m only going to get 180 RS out or my 5491Rs for this one way trip.even though there was 25 mins time for the departure the lady at the indigo airline counter didn\'t allowed me to checkin even with a single hand baggage, Now I\'m in a bad situation and i would appreciate if any body had faced te problem like me before and if yes, how can I get my money back as i didn\'t travel at all cause of the arrogant crew member, to my surprise I have seen them allow one person with hand baggage to check in. please suggest me the best possible solution to sue both the airline and the agent and also how can i get a refund of my money at least 50%. Do I file a consumer case against both the airline and agent cleartrip.com?Any advice regarding this issue is greatly appreciated..
