I had a confirmed ticket for 26-Dec-2010 at 12:50 pm in the flight number 9W 2253. When I went for check-in at 11:40 am at Delhi Airport, I was given an irresponsible answer that the seat are already occupied and i should wait for the next flight. I met the supervisor Mrs. Ruchi who came up with an idiotic reason that I reported after the stipulated check-in time. As i started fighting against them they manged to send me in the evening flight scheduled at 4:55 pm which actually took off at 8:00 pm in the night. I dont feel JET Airways is the one which cares for he guests. Their staff are very much comfortable to go to any extent to irritate the passengers. I got a letter from them even though I had a confirmed ticket, my seat was accomodated to some body else.
