the chennai shopping mall (hyderabad.patny centre)is cheating people like anything.I would not have realised this until it happened to me! I bought 5 sarees,2 of which had a 50% off tag on it.Both saress were for Rs 2498/.the sales man did not let us go to the billing counter and insisted that we choose other sarees till he goes and bills these saress.we were a little aurprised as we saw no point in billing some saress together and some saress separately but we thought maybe he would get some commission and so allowed him to go and bill.when he came back with the bill we were completely astonished as he changed one of the tags.it read Rs 2298/ now and the 50% off tag was not there.we complained to the store manager,but by that time the "cheater" thief salesman had left and the store manager and others supported him and said he had gone for evening tea and it was 9:30pm by my watch(30 mins prior to the closing of the mall)we insisted that he comes back and finally we spotted him.

he did not admit his theft,but everyone in the store understood that he was in fault and that he was guilty,however they were conversing in their language(which we dont understand)and kept on telling us feebly that we were wrong.

their feeble voices,the thief's sudden dissapearence and the store manager's eye conversation and conversing in other language in front of us clearly proved that we were cheated.It was just a matter of Rs 1000,I dont want my money back,I just want justice!Please do not support such cheap cheating!! It spoils the whole client experience.Im sure that many are cheated everyday,just that they dont check the 50%off tag!
