my parents reached at the check in point at 10;35 and the flight no6e 302 indigo and the person name arun was doing the check in at the indigo counter. my parents kept the luggage on the moving belt and gave the ticket to arun he then did the check in and after 2 min he said very rudely to my father that check in time is closed and threw the ticket on my father and said remove ur luggage and then arun ran inside and he was not listening to any thing my father is already a heart patient please take action against him . i will be very grateful to u .my parents were 2 and they were 4 other passengers who were with them they were in my relation i really waiting for ur help please take action against it and refund my money  Post a Similar Complaint!
